What We Look For
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional conduct on all job sites
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Good communication skills with clients and team members
- Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and paint application techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
